Our 16 units include 2-bedroom fully self-contained family apartments, 1-bedroom apartments and studio units. Facilities include a well equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, fridge, bench-top gas hobs and complimentary tea and coffee. You will also find a separate bathroom with a shower, linen, toiletries and a hairdryer. Other features include a phone, WiFi, 50+ Sky Guest Select Channels, DVD, iron/ironing board and a baby cot is available upon request. All of our rooms have double-glazing and blackout curtains to ensure a complete soundproof quiet environment. Breakfast is available on request and we offer free parking, a cycle hire service, a guest laundry and a barbecue with a picnic area.
Room Types
2-Bedroom Apartment – sleep maximum of 6 guests
Ground floor, single story, 2-bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be remade as a king-size for a minimum of a 2 night stay. 1-Bedroom Apartment – sleep maximum of 4 guests
Downstairs or upstairs apartments: 1-bedroom with a king-size bed and the lounge area has a sofa bed which can be made up upon request. Access 1-Bedroom Apartment – sleep maximum of 4 guests

King Studio – sleep maximum of 2 guests
Our ground floor/single story King studios are spacious with a king-size bed. These are popular with couples and corporate guests. They include all the features of the apartments. Scroll up for a full list of facilities.
Queen Studio – sleep maximum of 2 guests
A small studio with kitchenette, ensuite bathroom and shower. The bed is a queen-size. This studio is part of interconnected suites and is not completely soundproof. This has an attractive outdoor area with a deck and garden aspect. Scroll up for a full list of facilities.

Terms and Conditions
Our rates for all apartments and studios are quoted for two adults.
Extra guests in the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are charged as follows:
- All children under 15 years are charged NZD 10 per night when using existing beds.
- All older children or adults are charged NZD 20 per night when using existing beds.
- Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be stated on the booking and confirmed by management.
If you need to make any changes to your reservations, notification of an amendment or cancellation must be received at the motel no later than 3 days prior to arrival date, to avoid a charge of the total price of the reservation.
Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of your reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Our check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am. If you anticipate an earlier arrival, please inform us of your estimated arrival time.
Should you require the room before 2pm then we suggest you book your room from the night before, as we cannot guarantee an early check in. Alternatively, we are happy to store your bags until the room is ready.
Our reception closes at 9pm, if you are doing a late check-in after 9pm please contact us in advance or indicate when making the reservation, we will arrange a late check-in accordingly.
